3. We provide you with a detailed quote for supply and installation.
4. Once you have approved the quote and paid a deposit, we allocate and store your tiles ready for the install.
5. You provide us with an estimated time for your floor install, which we program into our calendar.
6. We remain in communication with you throughout the install process to ensure that your tiles are installed on time or as close as possible to the date you have provided.
7. If required, we will also provide a clean and seal service for your tiles and grout if required – we discuss this with you at the initial meeting.
