Frequently Asked Questions

  • What do I need to bring?

    Our aim is to help you make the best decisions possible so we would love you to bring along the following items so that we can bring your ideas to life:

    House Plans – Your working drawings will give us an idea of the space, we can work out what you need to purchase and nominate feature tile placements and the extent of tiling.
    Addenda – This will advise of your standard inclusions such as tile size and PC allowance, laminates and stone options (if applicable).
    Imagery – Imagery you have collected from magazines or online in relation to the style you wish to achieve in your new home.

  • How long does an appointment last?

    We have several different appointment options available. Your appointment may be quick (if you’re set on selections) or it could be longer if we need more time to lock down a concept and ideas.

    Please select a 90 minute consultation for New Build Tile Selections or Renovation Selections.

    If you need to revisit your concept or complete a reselection we also offer 30 minute appointments with our team.

  • Does an appointment cost anything?

    We don’t charge for time spent with our team completing selections, however we do value your time and ours – all we ask that you come prepared to your appointment armed with as much information as possible to help us create your dream space.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    We understand that things come up so no worries if you need to cancel.

    All we ask if that you give us 24 hours notice so we can offer your appointments to our clients on our waitlist. You can then book another timeslot that suits.
