ORDER IN ITEMS
Any Order In products may not be cancelled once orders have been processed, if order must be cancelled deposits will be retained to assist with associated cancellation costs. Once your order is placed via our website our team will contact you to advise on order lead times on the products you have selected.
ESTIMATION
Estimation of quantities by Armanti Tiles & Bathware is provided as a service. No responsibility will be taken for under or over supply due to misrepresentation of plans and information supplied by client, we encourage all clients to check quantities onsite. If clients accept estimation provided they accept that shortages or extras may occur. In this event all shortages will need to be purchased however we cannot guarantee availability and in particular same tile batches. In the event of over supply tiles may not be refunded. Only full boxes of stocked tiles will be refunded and must be of current batch, order in tiles will need to approved for credit by our supplier. A 20% restocking fee will apply and for order in returns freight charges may also be incurred.
SELECTION
Selection of tiles have been carried out using showroom samples these may vary in colour shade and design to actual tiles being supplied at time of installation. Showroom samples are indicative of what you will receive at placement of order, if shading is critical please view tiles carefully before installation. Correct selection of product is your responsibility; please choose carefully before placing your order as returns may not be accepted.
Suitable selection of tiles, fixtures & sanitary ware is the responsibility of the purchaser. Armanti Tiles & Bathware will always endeavour to give the best possible advice based on information provided by the customer. We will gladly refund your money if the product you have purchased is faulty, does not do what it is supposed to do or does not match the description. However we will not give you a refund if you make the wrong selection or simply change your mind. Returns will only be accepted if items are in the same condition they were received. Goods returned must be in original packaging, damaged of marked cartons will not be accepted as Armanti Tiles & bathware cannot resell this to another customer.
CHECKING
Checking is your responsibility; once you receive your goods please ensure you have what you selected. Check that the description on your order matches the item you have received. If any supply errors have been made by Armanti we will gladly replace incorrect items. Installer must check all products are free of visual defects before installing. If a defect can be seen after installation it can also be seen before. No claims will be accepted once items have been installed.
INSTALLATION
It is the responsibility of the client and the installer to check the following
- Goods received match the client’s selection and that the client has inspected and approved the product.
- Tiles supplied are all of same shade (Tonality No.) and Calibre codes(size)
- Quantities received are correct and enough to complete the job
- Installer must check all products are free of visual defects before installing. If a defect can be seen after installation it can also be seen before. No claims will be accepted after goods are installed.

VARIATION
The colours and shading of all tiles vary to some degree from piece to piece and from each batch run. Our tile displays are clearly marked and our consultants will discuss the type of Variation with you when you are selecting your tiles
V1 – Uniform Appearance
Differences among pieces from the same production run are minimal.
V2 – Moderate Variation
Clearly distinguishable differences in texture and/or pattern within similar colours.
V3 – Random Variation
While the colours present on a single piece of tile will be indicative of the colours to be expected on the other tiles, the amount of colours on each piece may vary significantly. For example “that little bit of colour” on one piece of tile may be the primary colour on the next piece.
V4 – Highly Random Variation
Random colour differences from tile to tile, so that one tile may have totally different colours from that of other tiles. Thus the final installation will be unique.
DAMAGED GOODS
Damaged Goods must be reported within 48hrs so that goods can be inspected and an outcome determined to rectify the issue. No damage claims will be accepted after this period.
PRIMARY
All prices on our Website are listed in Australian Dollars and they include GST (where applicable).
By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price (plus any applicable shipping and handling charges) in Australian Dollars for all orders. We reserve the right to change the prices of our Goods at any time without notice to you.
PAYMENTS
Armanti accepts payment via Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) Cash, Cheque or Direct Deposit.
Payments made via direct deposit must appear in our account prior to dispatch or collection of goods, this may take up to 3 working days so please allow enough time for the payment to process.
DELIVERY
Delivery does not form part of your order, all goods are ex Armanti warehouse. If delivery is required a quote relative to your order can be provided based on our driver availability
