Our building and plumbing background made our vison to provide you with the option of supplying and installing your new bathroom or Laundry a reality. Our collaborative approach, out of the box thinking, and attention to detail has set us apart. We have a passionate team of experts and we work with experienced tradies who are just as dedicated – carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tilers, stone & glass manufacturers and cabinet makers – so you don’t have to do anything.

A free in-home consultation with one of our experienced team and a personal showroom tour of the latest styles and fittings is just the start. With Australian Made cabinetry and well-considered finishing touches, your ultimate transformation is crafted using the best materials, for the spaces that matter most. We produce full precise working drawings and 3D views, organise tradespeople, and provide exceptional project management so your renovation or main floor tiling will be delivered on time, on budget, and just the way you dreamt.

THE PROCESS

After 25 years in the building industry in the southwest, we’ve got it down to a fine art. Working with dedicated tradespeople from electricians and plumbers, to tilers and painters, our team takes care of every detail. Here are our Armanti tiles and bathware simple steps to renovation.

01 – Inspiration / setting the budget

Simply call us with your renovation wish list in hand. We will be happy to discuss your needs and requirements, giving you expert advice and feedback. Once inspired by a wealth of design ideas that you can adapt to your own home, you’ll be ready to explore more of these at a one-on-one in-home consultation.

02 – In-home consultation

At Armanti, we believe that every renovation is a collaboration. One of our team will come and meet you. We’ll listen, ask questions, and bring some fresh ideas to the table. We’ll never impose our thinking on you, but we’ll craft a design that is born from your needs, your desires, your style, and one that will work within your budget.

03 – Design presentation

Now it’s time to start swapping those initial thoughts for something you can truly visualise. We’ll meet in our showroom for the unveiling of your new dream space. Your designer will present a quote and a full concept plan for your review. Alongside this, our 3D visuals demonstrate the wide scope of finishes and fittings available, so that every detail matches the quality outcome that you’re expecting.

04 – Fittings / finishes

The devil’s in the details. That’s why your designer / showroom consultant will show you the colours, fixtures, and smart storage ideas that will lift your renovation. They’ll provide professional guidance in bringing all the design elements together, so that the final product will speak to the functionality of your life.

05 – Technical documentation

Now that designs are finalised, our technical detailers will specify every little thing in precise technical drawings, so that our trusted craftspeople can take the reins and start installing your dream bathroom or laundry. Sit back, relax, and watch the transformation unfold.

06 – Project manager assigned

We’ve taken all the pressure out of the build process, with your own personal project manager who will oversee all stages of the work, guide you through the process, and be your one point of contact to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time and on budget. Your old bathroom or laundry is removed as part of the service.

07 – Handover

The best part of any renovation. Enjoy peace of mind knowing you’ve dealt with dedicated tradies who will issue the warranties and certificates required.
